Moens' work includes current analysis of American foreign and national security decision-making and diplomatic and military issues in the Atlantic Alliance. What are Canada's objectives in NATO and how should Canada best work with the European Union on security and political issues. His research also includes the study of the Canadian-American economic space and the steps needed to create more free trade.
