Wassenberg, Birte

Dr. Birte Wassenberg is Professor in Contemporary History at Sciences Po Strasbourg and Vice President in charge of Europe and International Relations of the University of Strasbourg (France). Former student of the College of Europe, she holds a Jean Monnet Chair, is member of the research Center of International and European Studies (CEIE) and director of the Franco-German Jean-Monnet Center of Excellence at the University of Strasbourg.

Research interests: International Relations, Border studies, regionalism, the history of European Integration and Franco-German Relations.
