Rousseau, Emmanuelle

Emmanuelle Rosseau is a PhD student at the Centre on International Peace and Security (CEPSI) and Centre in International Studies and Research at the University of Montreal (CERIUM). Her current research focus is contestation practices by the Russian permanent representation at the OSCE. Currently, she is also a Junior Fellow at the Defence and Security Foresight Group at the University of Waterloo. She holds a BA in Russian studies from the University of Toulouse Jean Jaures. She also holds an MA in International Relations Governance with a diploma in Political Studies from Sciences Po Toulouse. Prior to that, in 2016, she graduated with a Bachelor of Law with a specialty in Public and International Law from the University of Angers.

Research Interests: International Organizations, OSCE, Diplomacy, Europe-Russia Relations, Russian Foreign Policy, and Sociology of International Affairs
