Clover, Darlene E.
Dr. Darlene Clover is Professor of Leadership Studies and Interim Chair in the Faculty of Education at the University of Victoria. Her research focuses on feminist and adult education, community and cultural activism, museums and public pedagogy, citizenship, and democratic participation. She has published extensively on the role of museums, arts, and cultural institutions in promoting social justice, gender equality, and inclusive citizenship. Dr. Clover has led numerous international research collaborations and community-engaged projects exploring the educational potential of museums and heritage institutions. Within the Mnemonic Democracy project, she contributes expertise on museum education, civic learning, gender, and the role of cultural institutions in strengthening democratic engagement.
